Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a

Foreclosure Coordinator

job opportunity located in

either Lake Mary, FL or Las Vegas, NV

.

Shift: Mon – Fri (Las Vegas: 8am – 4:30pm) (Lake Mary, FL 8:30am – 5:30pm)

Pay Rate: $

22.00/HR

Length: 6 months (possible temp – perm)

Responsibilities:

Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process (start off w/department mail (searching through files, resorts), reviewing titles and reinstatement quotes for owners, before getting into foreclosure process)

Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.

Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.

Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.

Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.

Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.

Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.

Coordinates and processes all mailings.

Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.

Orders and reviews title reports using multiple applications.

Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.

Strong organizational, time management skills, and high attention to detail

Strong customer focus skills.

Strong computer skills.

Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
