Job Summary:
The BIM Production Coordinator is an essential part of the design and production team. This role focuses on the coordination, development, and management of BIM models and digital assets to ensure the delivery of high-quality, immersive, and technically accurate attractions and experiences.
Essential Functions:Internal tracking of schedule, progress and documentationExternal tracking and reporting to client. Preparing client facing reports for communicating milestones and progress.Document management. Ensuring that deliverables are in line with established scope of workMeeting minutes. Follow up with the team ensuring that client requests are delivered.Assisting generating exports/documents.Facilitating BIM information to other departments, ensuring that requests to the team are properly channeled.Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeamKnowledge in technical software such as AutoCad, Revit, RhinoKnowledge in Shotgrid, MS Project
