As a

Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team to comply with DOT requirements and division policies.

What you bring to the table

Education/Training:

High School Diploma/ required

Related Experience/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required

Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division

Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities

Preferred experience in the following: SAE, Truck Builder, Red Prairie, Kronos, Road Net, XATA, Shopfax, Tandem, PowerDock, Checkpoint, Omnitracs, Airclic, equipment inventories, and warranties.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $16 and $25 per hour.

This role is also eligible for : overtime compensation.
