Responsibilities
Limpiar periódicamente maquinaria, herramientas, transportadores y estaciones de trabajo para evitar contaminación cruzada, acumulación o residuos de productos que puedan afectar la calidad o seguridad del producto.
Asegurar que todos los utensilios, recipientes y herramientas utilizados en el proceso de producción estén adecuadamente desinfectados entre turnos o después de cada uso.
Realizar periódicamente tareas de limpieza profunda en maquinaria grande, mezcladoras, tolvas y otros equipos de producción para eliminar grasas, aceites y otros contaminantes.
Mantener áreas de producción limpias Barrer, trapear y fregar pisos en áreas de producción y almacenamiento para eliminar polvo, escombros, derrames y residuos.
