About the Job:
Full Time
The New Grad RN is a recent ADN or BSN graduate who has not yet taken the NCLEX, but will work as an RN under a temporary license while awaiting to take the NCLEX.
The New Grad RN will work alongside fully licensed RNs to assess patient’s needs, formulate a plan of care and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders according to standards, policy and procedure.
Upon completion and passing results of NCLEX, the New Grad RN will transition into a FT RN role.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors degree in nursing
Must obtain temporary RN license prior to start date, RN license to be obtained within 90 days of start date
BLS certification
