is seeking a dedicated and responsible
Sober Living House Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our sober living residence. This position plays a key role in supporting residents' recovery journey by fostering a structured and positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
resident orientations
to ensure smooth transitions into the house.Provide
transportation
to and from the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Enforce house rules , including chores, curfews, and cleanliness standards.Collect
monthly dues
from residents and gather feedback to maintain a supportive living environment.Identify and
report maintenance issues
to the company handyman promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A
valid drivers license ,
auto insurance , and
reliable transportation
are required.If personally in recovery, a
minimum of two years of uninterrupted sobriety
is required.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to foster a respectful, supportive community environment.Prior experience in a sober living or recovery-focused environment is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM$24.00 - $26.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
Work Environment:
In-person role
supporting residents in maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment.Collaborative environment focused on
supporting residents recovery and personal growth .
