We are seeking an intern to join our team who is passionate about designing and delivering top-notch onboarding programs to ensure the success of our Idaho Expansion team members!

As an ID1 Workforce Development Intern, you will support the training and development programs, systems, compliance, and strategy at our site. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project management, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating onboarding content and programs. As part of the Workforce Development team, you may also help facilitate company training, maintain training records, materials, and forms, teach classes and workshops as needed, and assist in presenting material for different initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in delivering engaging onboarding material to small and large groups.Use audiovisuals effectively in the delivery of classes.Act as a resource for multiple applications relevant to the Training Group.Help develop and design solutions for training programs.Establish effective learning objectives for course material.Select, adapt, and create designs appropriate for the project.Use basic concepts to design visual aids for display, projection, or handling.Analyze collected data for the development of instructional materials.Troubleshoot problems and find performance improvement opportunities.Facilitate group discussions or activities in multiple areas of development, improvement, strategic planning, and problem-solving.Assist in managing projects and coordinating long-term training solutions.Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Interest in training and development.Comfortable with public speaking.Education Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field. Cannot graduate before August 2025.
