Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection : Unit Information: Surgery Location: Central 1 st Floor Building: SAMC Main building Floor: 1 st Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 70177 Discipline: Surgery Quantity: Target Start Date: Shift: 6:30-3p, 11-7p, 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 12:30-11p Call Requirements 4 days for Day shift, 1 day for evening. CVOR has 10 days Weekends: would be specified. General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 14 ORs. (2 heart rooms) · Number of Staff – 90 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 charge, 16 RNs, 16 Techs, Attendants, Anes techs o Night Shift – 2 RNs and 2 Techs · Patient Ratios – · Type of equipment - · EMR – Meditech · Permanent Positions on Unit?
