Job Description:
SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, oversight of daily route collection team operations. Collection operations will include VGT collections, RT replenishments, funds in field items, & ATM replenishments. Although primarily responsible for their collection region, support for other Accel Entertainment departments and collection regions will be provided as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRequired to review and respond to Daily RT ReportCommunicate and coordinate daily tasks for collection routes and complete proper back-end reportingCommunicating and maintaining proper equipment needs for route teams and collection vansSupport route teams by answering questions and overseeing team member work for quality and SOP compliance Promotes and supports company optimization programs, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.Visibility and assisting with scheduling needsProvide and maintain an exceptional customer experience with location staff and patronsParticipation within department's development program of leadership skillsProvides training to all new employees within the departmentAssists with Fleet Needs for Collection VehiclesAssists with additional replenishments (RT or ATM), VGT collections, or any other cash item needsExtensive knowledge of the working components of equipment (VGTs, RTs, ATMs, Amusement devices, etc.)Effectively communicates with Management Team of any issues seen on route and works to improve processCoordinate with Assistant Regional Manager on best practices and continuing expectationsLends support to other Collection Regions when Staffing needs ariseContinues to meet the Duties & Responsibilities of a Route TechnicianOther duties as assigned as to meet the operational needs of the Collection RegionQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 21 years of ageA valid driver's license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving recordAbility to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming BoardProficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and OutlookFlexible and willing to work long hours, requires availability for weekendsCommitment to being reliable for working scheduled shifts and being on timeExcellent ethics and integrityExcellent customer serviceHigh attention to detailSelf-motivated and quick learnerAbility to adapt and understand working components of machines and provide service while on siteProfessional demeanorHas worked a minimum of 1 year with the company as a Route TechnicianPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
