.Comprehensive Health and Benefits PackageDedicated staff to support licensure, credentialing, benefits, onboarding etc.Base Salary: $700,000 for partnersBonuses: Additional $25-$40K annuallySign On Bonus: $100KPTO: 10 WeeksPartnership Track Retirement Plan: Profit Sharing ProgramEmployee Track Retirement Plan: 401KAbout this role:Breast RadiologistLocation: Gastonia, NC just outside of Charlotte.This group covers Radiology services for a 450 bed hospital, 3 Imaging Centers, and 1 Breast Center. Added a second full hospital in 2024.The group is very well established in the area and has long standing hospital contracts to remain independent.8am - 5pm eastern time schedule.Call: Every 4-6 Weeks. (No Call required if not on Partner Track)Collaboration with other rads during entire shift - never working aloneVolume: 75 wRVU'sMixture of Breast Imaging along with General RadiologyBackground Desired:Board Certified / Board Eligible in RadiologyEligible to acquire a North Carolina state licenseThe physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient careBackground in Breast Radiology / MammographyContact:
