Position Highlights:Work-Life Balance: A 4-day work week allows for optimal work-life balance, with 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the OR, and 1 administrative day per week. Enjoy low patient volumes that ensure a high level of care without burnout.Specialized Care: Be part of a team that focuses on aerodigestive and complex airway disorders, with the opportunity for growth in virtually every pediatric ENT specialty. Perform life-changing work in a system that handles 6,000 procedures per year and is expanding with two new children's hospitals in 2024.Supportive Call Schedule: With just 5 weeks of call per year, no clinic responsibilities during on-call periods, and first call covered by residents or APPs, this position is designed to support a balanced lifestyle.Teaching Opportunity: Work with and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the development of the next generation of pediatric ENT specialists.
