The Business Analyst will work closely with senior team members to analyze data patterns and trends related to financial, asset management, administrative, staffing, dietary, and clinical business lines. The main objective is identifying opportunities that address common challenges and improving overall performance, quality, risk management, and resident/member experience. This role involves mining analytical solutions and creating actionable strategies based on insights gained from data analysis. The Data Analyst is critical in improving performance and making strategic decisions. Data insights will be used to inform internal stakeholders in addition to Aspenwood's capital partners which include national and regional lenders, as well as institutional private equity partners.

Pay Rate: $100,000/yr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate information and insights from internal and external data, identifying trends and patterns.Produce data visualization and analysis for comprehensive understanding; Interpret various forms of data and present it in a valuable and easy - to - understand manner.Ability to analyze and synthesize data to support business cases and propose data-driven recommendations to leadership.Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.Design and uphold comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics, address errors, and monitor performance.Streamline existing processes as necessary to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Will be an integral part of the annual budgeting process assisting with reviewing and report development.Provide regular reporting and analysis of financial and operating data to the senior team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to develop solutions to enhance business operations.The Business Analyst also assures the accuracy and integrity of data and assists in supporting and training end users to maximize their ability to use the provided data.Ability to executive complex assignments independently and with guidance from supervisor and peers.Remain informed of best practices, national and state trends, tools, data sources, and techniques in the field of data analytics, and business intelligence in the senior living industry.Special projects as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related technical field with coursework in quantitative analysis.2-4 years of analysis and reporting preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate diplomatically and professionally.
