We are partnered with a team of mental health professionals who provide exceptional and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in skilled nursing facilities. This is a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership, providing state-of-the-art psychiatric services.
This is a full-time position.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.Provide medication management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.Provide clinical oversight and review of medical documentation.Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care to patients.Participate in treatment team meetings to provide updates on patient progress and coordinate care.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsCompletion of a residency training program in psychiatry and two years of post-residency experience as a psychiatrist in a psychiatric facility are required.M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.Licensure as a physician in Arizona.Licensed by the applicable State Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substancesPossession of a valid state driver s license.Must have experience providing services to adults and the elderly population.BenefitsFlexible work schedule with some hybrid.A comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, and more).401k with a company match.Annual Bonus Program.
