At Shamrock Farms, were doing dairy differently. We are looking for a Customer & Category Analyst to join our rapidly growing business. This individual will lead all internal retail sales reporting to monitor the companys sales performance and trends. This role will also be instrumental in analyzing retail sales performance to proactively identify issues or opportunities with our assortment, distribution, pricing and promotion.Essential Duties:Responsible for tracking business performance across Shamrocks full portfolio of dairy productsOn-going review and analysis of Shamrock sales performance across retail customers to proactively identify issues, concerns and opportunities with assortment, distribution, pricing and promotionAssist in the development of retail customer presentations and category reviews to drive incremental growthAnalyze competitor and market performance data to distill macro trend insightsDevelop and maintain key customer sales reporting templates and dashboardsParticipate in the tasks required to ensure delivery of high quality data through monthly quality control reviews, new item submissions and existing coding/item placement reviewsAdditional duties as assigned

Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred or 1 to 3 years experienceStrong analytical skills and business acumenAbility to synthesize findings and effectively communicate insights in both written and oral formatsMeticulous attention to detail necessaryAdept at problem-solving with a natural curiosity for uncovering different solutionsSelf-starter with a desire to rollup sleeves and take initiative when the opportunity presents itselfComfortable building cross-functional relationships across numerous teams and levels within the organizationProficient in Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
