About the Company and HR Auditor Opportunity:
- CFS is partnering with a unique new client to find a detail oriented HR Auditor to assist with scheduling and auditing benefit invoices.
- This is a contract position, with the minimum commitment being through the end of 2024. Potential for extension and permanent hire for the right candidate. Great opportunity for someone to build upon their HR skills at a diverse company.

- Schedule: Mostly in office in Annapolis, MD. Potential for up to two days work from home after training. Work M-F 40 hours per week, start between 8am and 10am
- Potential for overtime

- Reports to the VP of HR
Job Duties of the HR Auditor:
- Review and audit invoices from various carriers, perform reconciliations, and ensure they match with what company was billed for. Flag discrepancies for management review.
- Handle scheduling of interviews and trainings
- Assist with determining eligibility of employees signing up for benefits
Qualifications for the HR Auditor:
- 2+ years' benefits/HR and/or AP/reconciliation experience preferred
- Experience using ADP a plus
- Basic Excel skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
