You will be the project lead for clients implementing or improving their Employer Services solutions.Consult with Solutions, Data Services, Software, Sales, and Project Sponsor to develop requirements and project charter following project goals.Manage project plans to ensure implementations stay on track.Maintain project documentation and communicate status/project decisions to partners and management.Report progress milestones.Plan and lead with project contributors and client subject matter experts.Identify and escalate project issues.Collaborate and align with third-party vendors when issues traverse multiple systems.Coach, guide and prepare clients for successful Employer Solution program rollouts.You will report to the Manager, Implementations.You will be remote-friendly.Qualifications
4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting.Managed a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients.Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces.Outstanding project management skills with a focus on timelines and project closure.Additional Information
