In this high-impact leadership role, you will spearhead the integration of AI and other advanced technologies to revolutionize finance operations. Your focus will be on prioritizing initiatives, rationalizing newly proposed ideas and proof-of-concept projects, and developing scalable solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency.Responsibilities :
Strategic Finance Operations Excellence:Lead prioritization of finance operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance financial processes and decision-making.Evaluate and rationalize POC projects, focusing on scalability and value creation.Data-Driven Financial Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and integrate financial data across systems.Develop and implement key performance indicators and metrics that align with strategic objectives.Support the preparation and execution of quarterly business reviews by providing accurate financial data and analyses.Organizational Data Literacy & Collaboration:Champion data literacy initiatives within the finance team and across the organization.Work closely with finance and business units to align financial operations with broader business strategies.Establish measurable data quality improvement goals by integrating governance policies and automating validation processes.Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field.Minimum of 5 years in progressive finance operations experience.Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Additional Preferences:
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and lead successful implementation of complex processes.Strong understanding of finance operations and data management.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Superb communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Experience in change management and guiding teams through organizational transitions.Basic competence in Coding Language (Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc.).Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms.Additional Information:
