You will provide leadership, empowering our hotel teams to strive for excellence and cultivate repeat business, leaving an indelible mark on every guest experience.Essential Job Functions:Offer our guests unparalleled service with warmth and attentivenessLead and oversee the operation, services, and activities of the Sales & Catering DepartmentParticipate actively in annual budget planning, goal setting, and implementation alongside the General ManagerLead ongoing research in the travel industry to identify market trends and insights for developing innovative marketing strategies or annual Marketing PlansConduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and train team members in Sales & Catering procedures and techniquesFoster strong, collaborative relationships within the Sales & Catering team and across other hotel departmentsPhysical Demands:Ability to sit for long periods of timeAbility to exercise judgement in evaluating situations and making sound decisionsQualifications:Education:

High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelPrevious experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
