Clinical Information:
Inpatient: Back-up airway responsibilities in situations where anesthesiology is unable to assist with an intubation (incredibly rare)Outpatient:
Approximately 35,000 visits with a 13.26% admission rate and a 4% transfer rate20% of patients are24/7 in-house OB-GYN and anesthesiology coverageLevel 4 trauma designationMedevac services are available for critical transfers with a dispatch to door time averaging 8 minutesShould be prepared to manage all standard emergency medicine patients. Additionally, physicians should be procedurally skilled and comfortable taking care of pediatric, traumatically injured, and critically ill patients
Supporting staff: 36 hours of APC coverage every day
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
