Location:
San Ramon, CA – Remote work allowed.Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the IVR Testing Team and lead the QA activities.Experience in Cyara, Hammar, and PolyAI IVR Test Automation.Interact with clients, project managers, development teams, and QE team members.Perform Conversation AI Testing in IVR.Work in an Agile project environment.Work on API Testing.Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owners to define sprint targets in the form of story points.Actively coordinate with offshore teams to meet sprint deliverables.Mentor other QE team members on QE standard practices.Produce necessary daily/weekly/monthly governance reports.Provide guidance & support to implement QE standard practices across pods/projects.Develop and maintain technical documentation, weekly/monthly reports, and attend portfolio ceremonies.Oversee the functional quality of the quality team's deliverables.Engage in cross-group collaboration with partner teams and organizations.Advocate test innovation and methodologies in the test organization.Required Skills
8+ years in Core IVR Testing experience.API Testing Knowledge.Test Lead activities.Good Communication.Conversation AI Testing in IVR - Good to have.Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 11/25/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $[110,000 – $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Work Authorization
