Overview:Zendesk is seeking a Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive global, always-on demand campaigns focused on nurturing open opportunities and creating pipeline. This role will collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and bookings.The ideal candidate has experience building end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving demand for digital events, and developing content strategies, while being accountable for business outcomes. You should be a team player with strong influence management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies. Join a team that values creativity, inclusivity, and community impact.Responsibilities:Campaign strategy and management:

Lead the full development and execution of global, always-on demand campaigns, including quarterly webinars, content pieces, and promotional strategies designed to nurture open opportunities. Build and manage global integrated marketing campaigns targeting key personas, including customer support and operations. Understand and articulate the buyer's journey for our solutions in the context of campaigns.

Content & messaging development:

Partner with product marketing and utilize data-driven analysis to understand target audience segmentation, align campaign and product messaging, and develop an effective content strategy.

Cross-team collaboration:

Work closely with teams across the marketing organization to deliver integrated demand campaigns across all relevant channels: regional marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, communications, localization, content marketing, brand, web, internal communication, etc. Partner with sales enablement and ops teams on campaign implementation, lead follow up, and performance.

Global Partnership:

Partner with regional marketing teams to execute the global campaign within the AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions. Responsible for helping to define and build a repeatable marketing strategy and execution model which is packaged up into Marketing Kits that our regional and channel marketing teams can use to execute activities within each region.

Measure & Optimize:

In close collaboration with marketing analytics, establish pipeline targets for each campaign, evaluate campaign & channel performance, and implement data-driven optimizations as needed.

Qualifications:3-5 years of marketing experience with customer, campaign or integrated marketing experience (Customer experience, B2B, SaaS preferred)Experience driving end-to-end execution of global marketing programs and campaignsAbility to digest and understand audience segment data to help determine optimal targeting and campaign creation strategiesStrong and proven writing and messaging skillsProven ability to manage complicated, multi-channel marketing campaignsPrevious work managing outside agencies effectivelyQuick learner with the ability & agility to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environmentCreative and innovative with a knack for improving programs and problem solvingStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to use data insights to optimize campaign performanceStrong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales professionals to executivesPositive attitude, collaborative, energetic, and optimisticExperience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments and building effective relationships to influence changeA bias for fast but thoughtful action, results, and delivery with a high-quality barWhere We Work:In this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team.
