Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align with our brand and culture.Utilize various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a constant talent pipeline.Collaborate with marketing to build and promote our employer brand, showcasing our culture and growth opportunities to prospective talent.Candidate Screening & EvaluationConduct thorough screening and initial interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, experience, and potential to contribute to our growth goals.Implement effective and structured interview processes to support objective hiring decisions across the organization.Maintain active communication with candidates, providing an excellent and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview journey.
Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms as needed.Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
Onboarding CoordinationWork with the HR team to design a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience that aligns new hires with our company values and operational practices.Ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding, supporting new team members as they integrate into their roles.
Data-Driven Insights & Process ImprovementTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring process.Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements, making recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth, creative, or branding-focused environment.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Talent Acquisition Systems (TAS) and sourcing tools; experience with creative sourcing strategies.Cultural Fit:
Strong advocate for in-office culture, with a genuine interest in fostering a collaborative and energetic workplace.Core Skills:
Results-driven with a proven track record in meeting recruitment goals; exceptional interpersonal skills; strategic thinker with attention to detail.Mindset:
