As a member of Salesforce’s global ES (HR) function, our incredible ESBP team seeks to innovate and drive solutions in ways that only Salesforce can, for the betterment of our employees, our customers, and our communities.We are actively seeking an Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Director to provide the full range of ES business partner responsibilities to Salesforce’s Industries & Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) Product & Engineering organizations. The selected candidate will be the strategic talent partner and talent advisor to the EVP & GM of Salesforce Industries, the EVP & GM of Revenue Cloud, and the EVP of Software Engineering, and their respective leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesOperate as a trusted advisor to Senior Executives and leaders within Salesforce’s Product & Engineering organizations.Partner closely with Product GMs, engineering and product management executives, and people leaders to develop, align and execute on the people strategy for their respective organizations.Work hand-in-hand with ES partners and/or centers of excellence to educate, advise and influence client groups on issues involving employee engagement and retention, leader development and coaching, compensation planning, organizational design and development, and change management.Partner with business client groups and corporate ES teams to identify, innovate, design and implement people initiatives and efforts that align to the needs and strategies of the business.Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives; proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, location strategy, organization design and structure.Responsible for the planning and execution of appropriate talent management activities that will help to seed future leadership, strengthen current leadership bench, uncover succession plans, and create internal mobility opportunities for employees and leaders.Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives within a globally distributed organization, leveraging talent insights, robust equality analytics, recruiting and attrition metrics, etc.Act as a change-agent as the business continues to rapidly grow and adapt to every changing market dynamics, competitive landscape, and technological advancement.Can self-manage but also partners well with others to deliver seamless employee success processes and programs across the organization.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the CoEs to develop organizational and people strategy to improve the performance and effectiveness of their business groups.Oversee an organization of 2000+ employees globally.Skill & Experience Requirements8+ years of experience in HR Business partnering experience.Strong business acumen. Approaches problem solving from a business-first perspective.Thinks globally. Can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future and make recommendations for sustainable organizational design to scale with the business.Knowledge of HR/ES programs and processes (e.g. compensation planning, performance management, workforce planning, talent management and various employment/labor laws).Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and consultation skills.Create strong and trusted relationships with the business and key stakeholders.Build a strong internal and external network of high quality relationships with business leaders across the industry.Successfully manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities and needs.Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and often changing environment.Bachelor’s degree required.If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
