VTC Manager
The VTC Manager is the team lead for the onsite VTC technician and VTC administrator. Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and if applicable, the repair of VTC equipment. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction within the SSP community. Work with the VTC Engineer to recommend enhancements and propose/test automation to decrease costs and improve customer service. Research current market technology to address AV/VTC issues and inform/advise the SSP CIO office. Prepare and brief on specific projects/findings as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 5+ years of professional experience 2+ years of managerial experience IT Certifications: CompTIA Certification A+, Network+ or Security+ Cisco/Tandberg technician training Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Audio-Visual Technology Knowledge of Automation and Enhancement Knowledge of Technical Proficiency Knowledge of Research Skills Knowledge of Analytical Skills How you’ll grow
