Position SummaryPrincipal Product Manager, Digital Identity – Last Mile DeliveryAbout the TeamThe Last Mile Delivery team works to fulfill Walmart’s eComm customer demand by delivering conveniently to them in the comfort of their home. As the biggest player in the game, Walmart trusts our associates to innovate the future of shopping.As the Principal Product Manager, Digital Identity for Last Mile Delivery, you will be responsible for our product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Digital Identity. You will ensure that as we onboard new delivery Spark Drivers, we establish verified identity to prevent fraud. You will focus on developing approaches that prevent account sharing when drivers deliver for our Walmart’s customers and those of our partners. – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer, driver and product data, turn insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.Conducting industry and competitive analysis
to understand the trends in the fraud space and continuously evolve the platform.Partnering
with internal teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit drivers and customers alike.Working with data science, engineering , and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, model inputs and optimization methodologies.Building collaborative relationships
with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree required/MBA a plus8+ years in product management or equivalentProduct or engineering background is preferredSound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritizeMust be able and willing to think and act strategically and tacticallyStrong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externallyExperience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C productsMinimum QualificationsOption 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
