Vice President of Rental Power Solutions , you will be a member of the senior leadership team and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of the Electric Power Division. In this role you will:Develop the power solution rental asset sales and associated marketing strategy to deliver 2030 and beyond growth commitments.Develop rental strategies to enhance dealer engagement, growth, and operational excellence. Expand the capabilities of our global dealer network and provide support and guidance on profitable growth via best in class financial metrics.Manage the global demand for rental power products by aligning dealer demand projections and market growth expectations working with manufacturing facilities around the world.Develop and execute the aftermarket growth strategy to capture asset second life opportunity, equipment rollout strategies, and overall asset connectivity to deliver services growth goals.Define product portfolio, associated services offerings, and engagement programs to increase participation by the global dealer network, including emissions improvements, technology enhancements and new products and services introductions.Partner with our global marketing partners to maximize the value of our marketing spend and associated event attendance and approvals.Inspire, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing teams that work closely with dealers for mutual success.Key Skills for Success:Customer Focus:
