Working as a
Director of Dining Services , you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account in a healthcare facility. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departmentsWork with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality foodOversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the accountRoll out new culinary programsRequired Qualifications:Must have healthcare food service experienceMust have 7-9 years of foodservice operation experiencePreferred Qualifications:BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferredHigh volume production and catering experience is essentialPrevious experience managing a budgetDesire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice companyApply to Compass One Healthcare today!Compass One Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
