Precommissioning/Commissioning & Startup Utilities Manager
Responsibilities:
The Utilities and Offsites Manager is responsible for the safety, operation, budget and schedule with regards to the Operation of the Utilities.
They are responsible for any work permits issued in the Utilities and Offsites Areas Ready for Operation.
They will participate in regular progress and coordination meetings with COMPANY.
They will ensure that all equipment in Completion Packages is ready for Handover on schedule.
They will issue testing procedures for approval by COMPANY.
They will direct daily activities in Completion Package A and B Areas.
They will identify and coordinate the resources required to complete all OTPS in their area. This will include both men and material.
They will organize and coordinate their operating Teams as necessary to keep the utilities operating for the duration of the Commissioning of the Process Units.
They ensure that all testing activities and punch lists are clear and do not impede the reliability & safety of the Utilities Operations during the commissioning of the Process Areas.
They report to the CSO SENIOR MANAGER.
