Job DescriptionDescriptionAs a Senior Machine Learning/AI Engineer, you will take a leadership role in designing and developing advanced, scalable AI solutions and machine learning models. You will lead complex projects and drive the development of innovative algorithms and predictive models, ensuring they meet high performance and quality standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing extensive research, conducting sophisticated testing, and refining models based on comprehensive performance evaluations. You will manage and optimize large-scale datasets and prototypes, and guide the integration of machine learning solutions into production environments. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required)Requires deep functional knowledge with 6+ years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
