BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.1+ years of professional work experience as a Software Quality Analyst or related.Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution.Analyze test results and identify defects, patterns of issues, troubleshoot scenarios, and compile detailed reports.Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.Ideal Requirements:

Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories.Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills.Previous experience working with Virtual Assistants is a plus.Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Curious and proactive.Loves to learn and explore.Roles/Responsibilities:

Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual and automated).Testing on iOS platforms and hardware.Analyzing test failures and filing detailed defect reports.Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution.Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.Work Authorization:Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $44,834 - $76,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:
