The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of T-Mobile's Solutions Engineers that support a team of sales professionals within the Enterprise, SMB, SLED, and Strategic sales teams. T-Mobile has built the wireless industry's premier Solutions Engineering team with deep expertise in Business IT environments. The T-Mobile SE team is built around individuals with proven track records in data networking, system administration and security, allowing them to communicate with T-Mobile's business customers on the customer's terms. At the same time, each SE has also built depth within wireless networking domain and is able to support T-Mobile's engineering teams as wireless data SMEs in their respective markets.Job Responsibilities:The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager is frequently called on to participate in senior level presentations to T-Mobile's strategic customers, providing the managerial involvement required to help the sales teams close key accounts.The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager will focus on Sales/Product strategies; including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the Enterprise and Mid-Market account base. This leader will uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve company objectives. Internal partnerships will include Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and Training leadership teams.Education:High School Diploma/GED (Required)Work Experience:4-7 years Wireless technology with broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales and service models.Prior Leadership Experience (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesT-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization.
