Transitional Care SLP - Anchorage AK- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days 0 Mon-Fri- Ratios: 1:6-8- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Nursing Experience- Skills REQ: Dysphasia Management Bedside Swallow Evaluation Compensatory Strategies Hyolaryngeal Exercises Plan of Care Assessment/Evaluation/Discharge- First-Timers Accepted: Yes- Weekend REQ: TBD- Certs REQ: BLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No- Open to accommodating block schedule?: No- Locals Accepted: Yes Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period every 2 weeks
Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
