Project Manager (Hybrid)Cognizant’s Digital EngineeringOur practice is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager with Scrum background. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Mountain View, CA.Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Supervise all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.Provide regular updates to partners on project status, risks, and issues.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Manage the relationship with the client and all team members.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Use Agile PLM and MS Project to streamline project management processes.Apply Scrum and CX-Scrum Master methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project outcomes.Required Skills:Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.Strong team coordination and communication skills.Experience in project management.Ability to address and resolve any impediments faced by the development team.Qualifications:Possess strong experience in Scrum and CX-Scrum Master methodologies.Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM and MS Project.Have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Show strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Display effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Have a proven track record of managing projects successfully in a hybrid work model.Desired Certifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)Project Management Professional (PMP)Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $95K – $140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:
