The Coordinator, Retail Marketing is responsible for executing retail marketing strategies to engage the target audience, drive in-store consumer connection, and enhance the brand experience. Additionally, this individual is responsible for supporting the development and execution of retail marketing initiatives to ensure the strategic content and creative treatment effectively reflects a clear and concise message across all channels.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate retail marketing projects including, but not limited to, graphic design support, retail events, and retail digital brand experience.
Partner with the creative team, as needed, to ensure the content and creative treatment of all marketing initiatives reflect the strategic direction and priority of messaging in an engaging and compelling manner.
Partner and support, as needed, with the merchandising and visual teams to ensure signage and window messaging communicate retail marketing and product story priorities.
Partner with the visual team to create monthly revolving retail signage, as needed.
Partner with the analytics team to provide/communicate detailed retail test overviews, including objectives and metrics for success.
Facilitate all social content creation and distribution for events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to promote the brand across all retail channels.
Conceptualize event themes/programs, and execute at all retail locations.
Support new store openings with marketing collateral and standards.
Partner with the graphic design team on outlet collateral as needed.
Utilize Zipline to communicate marketing initiatives and standards to the retail teams.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in retail marketing.
Hourly Rate: 21.20 - 26.49 - 31.78 USD
