The Aerospace & Defense Electronics (A&DE) segment of Teledyne is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, creative, and organized professional, with experience working on a broad range of creative projects. Your role as a Graphic Designer/Web developer will be to provide impactful creative designs to support the Marketing initiatives of the A&DE segment and its various Business Units; create and execute content marketing strategies; and help promote our brands and solutions.This position is onsite in El Segundo, CA.Key Responsibilities:Help upgrade and maintain multiple websites and be able to elevate the online presence of our various Business Units with high-quality visuals and animations.Create visually impactful designs that accurately represent our brand identity through multiple media and channels.Assist with product renderings, photography, and videography in support of product launches, website, and other marketing activities.Support the graphic/digital/content needs of our various marketing activities, such as advertising, promotions, events, email blasts, social media, brochures, tech sheets, etc.Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web analytics, ADA compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field.4-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design, Content Marketing, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing.Strong background in UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design.Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Acrobat), MS Office Suite.High Level of creativity with an eye for detail, and understanding of color and color theory, typography, proportions, and composition.Experience in both print production and digital media.Experience with Video production/editing and 3D animation a big plus.Experience in photography and video shooting a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a forward-looking attitude to stay current with new design trends and technologies.Excellent time management and attention to detailsGood communications skills to successfully collaborate with different teams.Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
