MEG integrates the talents and skills of team members to form an IBS Enterprise Support Services Team to provide world-class IBS customer support.Essential Functions of the Polar Engineer:

Review specifications, engineering drawings and technical documentation for Polar Engineering impact.Develop Polar Engineering analysis, reports and associated documentation required for contract deliverables.Develop, document, and decompose system and sub-system level requirements.Perform risk analysis for hardware and ancillary support equipment along with appropriate testing requirements.Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to ensure appropriate Systems Engineering practices are applied.Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.Prepare network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals.Keep abreast of the latest advancements in technology, protocols, and best practices.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Security Clearance: TS/SCI.Ability to synchronize with internal and external organizations.Master's Degree w/10-12 Years' Experience in Engineering / related Science.Prior Experience with engineering software (Enterprise Architect (EA); DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or other).Experience with Virtual Collaboration with engineering development teams in multiple US locations.Prior Software / Computer engineering experience.Experience with US Army TENCAP (or) other DoD TENCAP program.Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple customers.Prior Tactical Military Intelligence Experience with C4ISR systems.5+ years' experience working with C4ISR/EW Modular Open-Source Suite of Systems (CMOSS).5+ years' experience performing System Testing; debugging.5+ years' experience managing intrusion detection systems; software deployment tools.3+ years' experience identifying risks and developing contingency plans.3+ years' experience identifying cost and scheduling programmatic efforts.
