About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to assume the role of Integrator & Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to our Visionary & CEO and collaborating closely with our leadership team to drive the execution of our business strategy, enhance operational effectiveness, achieve financial objectives, and promote the overall health of the organization. Key responsibilities will include aligning the right people to the right seats; ensuring company processes are effective, documented, and adhered to; utilizing performance metrics and SMART goals to drive accountability and results; using effective issue solving strategies to address challenges and opportunities; and ensuring that our operational cadence supports achieving our strategic vision. This role is integral to the oversight and improvement of the company’s operational processes and the coordination of cross-functional initiatives. It necessitates a unique synthesis of strategic thinking, operational knowledge, and superior communication skills.
Compensation:
$120,000
Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior member of the Leadership Team to set strategy, influence direction, and facilitate execution of company goals and objectives.
Harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business; accountable for team health and for fostering strong team relationships.
Execute the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) business plan; lead, manage, and ensure accountability for business results.
Recommend risk management strategies, fiscal controls, policies, and operational improvements to ensure the attainment of company objectives.
Maintain overall accountability of the business operating system, processes, and associated tools.
Oversee the creation and implementation of new organization-wide processes, best practices, and policies to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
Ensure effective company-wide communication and alignment of all team members with our company’s Core Values.
Drive employee recruiting; screen, select, and oversee employees to attain business objectives and drive results.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong alignment with Solutions for Change values and positioning.
Comfortable working in a faith-driven environment.
Proven team leader and builder.
Detail-focused, self-starter that gets things done.
Detailed understanding of small business finance and accounting.
Ability to distill important numbers and convey a strategic view of performance.
Adept at creating and improving processes and systems.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Skilled in project planning and management.
Track record of process simplification and standardization.
Ability to flex seamlessly between strategic and tactical level problem-solving.
Ability to work onsite at our Vista offices daily.
Preferred:
10+ years in operational roles.
Non-profit leadership experience.
P&L management experience.
Logistics management experience.
Real estate industry related experience to include: property management, property development, and/or facilities management.
Experience using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and associated tools.
Non-profit development & fundraising.
Desired:
Served as an Integrator for a company running on EOS.
Small Business Ownership and/or Leadership experience.
RV Park and/or Campground Management experience.
Project Management or Continuous Improvement experience and/or certification.
