Leading a talented team of business analysts, technical developers, QA specialists, and production support professionals, this executive will ensure our enterprise applications ecosystem-spanning Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience-operates seamlessly and innovatively. With a strong background in Oracle ERP, legacy ERP consolidation and digital transformation, this role will guide the organization in making informed application and point solution selection, build vs. buy decisions, and setting priorities that align with our business goals and minimize operational risk. Position reports directly to Chief Information Officer and is responsible for a diverse, global team.Essential Job Functions:Lead the strategy and execution for the development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage a cross-functional, global team of business analysts, developers, QA professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality applications and services.Drive the enterprise architecture planning and implementation, turning technology use into a competitive advantage, including new solutions, customizations and enhancement of existing systems.Make critical decisions regarding the selection of new tools and technologies, adopting a strategic approach to build vs. buy decisions.Set clear priorities for application development and support initiatives, using data-driven insights & established KPI’s to track progress and outcomes.Excel in related project portfolio management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic business goals.Build strong relationships with internal business teams and external suppliers, facilitating global collaboration and ensuring a unified approach to technology implementation and use.Develop and communicate a clear charter and roadmap for enterprise applications that garners buy-in from all stakeholders. Remove obstacles, close gaps and manage and mitigate risks to ensure delivery on time, on budget and with impeccable quality.Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation, consolidation, and support, with at least 5 years in a Executive leadership or Sr. managerial role.Proven track record of successfully leading geographically diverse, large teams (100+) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Required Experience:Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and its core modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and more.Extensive experience in custom development, integration, and application lifecycle management within Oracle EBS and enterprise point solutions.Strong understanding of business processes and industry best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and digital transformation.Ability to make informed decisions on tool selection, technology investments, and operational priorities.Strong program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and its impact on business efficiency and competitiveness.Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to use analytics to drive business improvements.Work Conditions:This position is Las Vegas (preferred) or Chicago Based, with an expectation to be in office 3-5 days per week.May require weekend and evening hours.
