Experience in the Department of health survey process

Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment and Life Safety is Required

Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director

Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare environment

Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process

Responsibilities·
As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee all the maintenance needs of our long-term care facility
·
Oversee the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of all equipment within the facility
·
Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
·
Provide oversight of the maintenance, repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely manner
·
Ensure compliance with regulations as they relate to the Life Safety Codes and OSHA guidelines
·
Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations
·
Perform other job-related duties as they become required
