The Lead Solution Architect will create the architectural vision and direction, develops enterprise and business architectures, provides advice and guidance, monitors emerging technologies, and ensures all solutions are aligned with the enterprise strategy.Responsibilities:Provide overall solution and guidance for enterprise architecture to effectively support the Salesforce platformCreates solution options and solution architecture, adhering to architectural standards and the technology roadmap, and minimizing technical debt.Designs solutions that involve complex, multi-system integration, possibly across BUs or domains.Drive alignment between Enterprise Architecture, Technical Architecture and business needsParticipate actively in agile ceremonies, contribute to feature refinement, and deliver solutions incrementally and iteratively.Provide guidance and oversight, ensures the viability of proposed solutions and provides direction on the appropriate approach to the solution throughout the project.Monitor emerging technologies and stay updated with Salesforce best practices to continuously improve the solutions provided.Establish strong relationships; demonstrate ability to influence business outcomes with data.Qualifications:MinimumBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 6 years’ of related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years’ experience in a related field.3+ years with Salesforce architecture experience.5+ years Working experience in full development life cycle and experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment1+ years’ cloud integration experience at large platform, enterprise-level, preferably AWSExperience presenting Design concepts / strategy to key business leaders (up to C-level) / stakeholdersPreferredSalesforce CertificationsSalesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud experienceAutomotive industry experience
