company. FIRST Solutions is the proprietary strategic meetings management model offered by FIRST, which embeds specialist talent into organizations to provide Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights. The
Corporate Hospitality and Project Manager
will consistently deliver exceptional service to our high-touch clients through excellent project management and creative solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships. This person will be expected to gain knowledge of ticketing systems, Sports and Entertainment venues globally, build relationships with these venues and maintain the client’s ticket inventory.Your ContributionsTicketing AllocationsWork closely with each client division on ticketing needs and allocations to end-usersManage the overall ticket allotments for clients globallyManage ticket platform with vendor and key stakeholdersManage relationships with key Sports and Entertainment VenuesManage weekly calls with division leads to build relationshipsHospitality ManagementAssist in identifying new hospitality opportunitiesConduct research and create presentations for review, including monthly site visits to new venues, hotels, and restaurantsChampion identifying new venues and vendors, coordinating team familiarization trips and outingsSupport in the development of creative ideas for new and existing hospitality event initiativesShare knowledge of best practices, new suppliers, services, and venuesCreate and closely monitor value adds at every opportunity and demonstrate commercial awarenessProject ManagementSupport full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key client eventsAssist with financial management, including: budget development and management, expense management and invoice processing, timely post-meeting reconciliation and final financial reportingSupport sourcing, negotiating and managing site selections; contract management for venues and suppliersCoordinate registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gift selection, audio/visual needs, webcasts, staging and speaker selection for specific programs; strong focus on vendor and hospitality managementAdministration SupportManage payments and accounting systems for all client hospitality eventsFacilitate calendars, meetings and other communications with internal and external clients for hospitality/ticketing programSupport in managing vendor relationships, to include ticketing software and major ticketing vendorsWork with the team to ensure adherence to the client’s standards of operation and policies; ensure compliance and risk guidelines are followedWhat We Are Looking For

The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.
