Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a
Senior Product Analyst!
The data analyst will be part of the Chewy Ads team and will work across the ads organization to make data advised business decisions, support product development efforts, build and own business dashboards, identify and solve revenue generating features and projects, and provide broad support to the ads organization through unparalleled end-to-end understanding of the production system. This position will work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach, proven track record to dive deep into minute details while understanding the implication at a broader system level. They also have digital or performance marketing experience and a passion for building new products.What You’ll Do:
Support the development and execution of key initiatives in the ads system development.Gather and analyze data to draw conclusions that craft critical business decisions.Drive yield optimization across Chewy Ads offsite network.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and ad operations to craft and support the development of product releases and operational processes.Own the creation and ongoing management of business and system dashboards.Leverage data analysis and learned domain expertise of the ads system to identify and solve revenue generating features and projects.Become the go-to person for all ads teams to answer difficult questions that require an end-to-end understanding of the production system.What You’ll Need:
College Degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, etc.).8+ years of relevant work experience.Prior experience with data visualization products (Tableau or equivalent toolsets).Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, and other data query, data presentation, and ETL approaches and technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Office 365).Ability to independently take a problem and determine the accurate steps to structure the question, identify possible routes of inquiry, useful outcomes, and present distilled results to a range of audiences from junior to C-level executives.Strong understanding of marketing and digital advertising.Customer-first attitude and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience.Comfort working in a matrixed organization and with large cross-functional teams.Position may require travel.Bonus:
Experience with digital ads and ecommerce performance advertising (example: Search ads (Google, Bing, etc.), Social (Meta, Tiktok, etc.), Display (DSP, RTB exchanges)).Experience with publisher yield management.Experience with advertiser-facing reporting.Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager position is
$129,500.00 - $207,000.00 . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant. We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. We offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts including 10% off pet insurance and 20% off at
