As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our key product launch moments throughout the year.About the Role
We are looking for a Design Program Manager to work closely with the design leadership team and to be a part of a studio of Product Designers and Researchers. By supporting the various aspects of the design production, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. You'll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our teams on track and execute specific design initiatives.What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end design led programs effectively engaging with cross-functional partnersEmpower the unified design process — enabling scale, operationalizing and streamlining the work.Enable better collaborations between design teams and with non-design partnersEstablish Design standards and baselinesEmploy a streamlined quality management processWhat you’ll need
5+ years of experience in Design / Marketing industry and 2+ experience in Design Operations role with demonstrated impactProven success in high-growth / tech environmentEnd-to-end experience with all aspects of Design processAbility to define and refine Product Design processes in connection with broader Product Development at given scale to ensure operational efficiencyAbility to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reportsStrong grasp of quantitative data analysisExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization.Demonstrated passion for solving problemsAbout Miro
