West SaharaWhat you'll do:As a Managing Director in Business Banking, you'll be in a top-level leadership position responsible for executing the business line strategic plan and guiding your group in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth and customer retention targets as measured by specific KPIs, such as Loan and Deposit Growth, Fee Income, Net Income, and other portfolio management metrics. The position is responsible for developing and executing the regional strategic plan to retain and expand existing client relationships, managing the sales process to identify and solicit targeted prospects within the local addressable market and represent the group in the local community. You will lead in structuring, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of a variety of major and complex loans, deposits, and treasury products in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.What we are looking for:Leads business development activities and solicitation of new business based on the target market.Supports sales team with client and prospect calls to promote and sell Bank products and services.Leads recurring sales, pipeline, and portfolio management meetings with the sales and credit team to ensure ongoing calling efforts with a consistent pipeline and effective credit portfolio management.Effectively uses CRM to log calling efforts and opportunities, reviewing reports and forecasts for accuracy.Compiles and analyzes market research data to develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on the needs of the target market.Assists Relationship Managers with pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within the framework of Bank credit culture and current economic and industry trends.Reviews loan presentations for structure, pricing, and accuracy prior to submission to credit administration and presents loan requests to credit administration and/or loan committee.Maintains superior knowledge of financial industry status and trends.Recommends to senior management products and services experiencing less than satisfactory performance.Represents the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business.Manages and develops a team of lenders and analysts.What you will need:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and ten (10) or more years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of experience and education.Work-related experience must consist of both lending and deposit-related experience. Lending background should include selling, structuring, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of various major and complex consumer, residential, equipment, SBA, commercial building, and business loans; deposit-related experience should include intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and treasury products.Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school, or financial industry-related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.Knowledge and experience in financial statement and tax return analysis typically resulting from a combination of education in accounting, financial and/or credit analysis or related areas.Intermediate knowledge of Bank lending procedures, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services.Extensive knowledge in all facets of relationship management.Exceptional analytical skills.Intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheet software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Compensation:
Salary range for new hires is generally $173,955.00 - $204,650.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. The role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.Benefits you'll love:
