Our McDonald's Customer Experience (MCX) team is looking to hire a Strategy Manager who will work directly with our McDelivery Channel. This person will be responsible for creating/telling the story for leadership to understand new outcomes. This person will report directly to a Senior Director.Enable growth across the McDonald’s Delivery Channel by providing analytical support that will drive strategic business decisionsLead analysis to look at the delivery business from a consumer, McDonald’s and franchisee lens to ensure we are doing what is best for the entire systemLook across short and medium-term horizons to ensure we are protecting the needs of the business (today / growth)Partner across McDonald's to ensure we are delivering on our integrated delivery goalsSupport requirements and business needs for various integrated delivery efforts, acting as the voice of the business and market needs. Partner with markets on implementationsSupport delivery special projects and needs - e.g., delivery marketing playbookQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (preferably within Finance or Business)Previous consulting experience preferredFinancial modeling and analyses requiredExperience managing projectsExperience in data and measurement experienceAdditional Information:
