In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to create messaging, positioning, content, and go-to-market strategies grounded in user research and data analysis. The best candidates will be highly collaborative individuals and initiative takers who are motivated by a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities & Impact:Experience leading end to end product led growth initiatives and crafting a compelling self-serve value proposition.Be accountable for exceptional customer experiences that translate to business outcomes.Build an engine for self-serve insights, messaging and positioning to improve conversion metrics in the customer journey.Support the global GTM strategy for the self-serve experience across the entire customer lifecycle.Influence product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging.Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams.Required Skills:7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or growth marketing.Expertise working in self-service growth businesses.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers.Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging for web, product and marketing channels.Phenomenal teammate with a proven track record leading and inspiring through influence.Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travel.Preferred Skills:Expertise in Salesforce products.A natural collaborator.Benefits & Perks:We have a public-facing website
