Leaving a lasting impression on our customers through friendly, efficient interactions at our cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the moment of receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role.Sample of tasks required of role:CASH WRAP:Greeting the customer with a smile and with eye contact and offering your nameInteract genuinely and naturally with the customerRead cues and determine customers’ needsConduct email/name capture, where permitted by lawMaintain accuracy when operating POSMaintain cash wrap organization and cleanlinessSuggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cardsMaintain cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with Coach policyCreate lasting impression by genuinely thanking customer and provide reason to returnRepresent Coach brand appropriatelySTOCKROOM / WAREHOUSE:Receive shipment and transfersNotify Store Management when new product arrivesScan cartons/transfers, verifying store information is correctCommunicate all discrepancies to Store ManagementProcess shipment/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframesOrganize and clean stock room daily; to include offsite / remote warehouse as applicableShift/organize product in the stockroom; react to sell through and make room for new productManage stock levels/product ownership in back-of-house and sales floorPrepare and conduct regular cycle counts, as directedParticipate in store physical inventory counts, as scheduledMaintain Company Loss Prevention standardsSALES FLOOR:Regularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needsReplenish sales floor/assigned zoneReact to sell through and execute visual merchandising needs.Support sales floor activities, as directedEffectively communicate information pertaining to price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to multiple customersRespond to customer requests confidently; partner with sales team or Store Management, when neededUpkeep housekeeping standardsCompetencies required:Drive For Results:

1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Technical:
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills.Physical:
Ability to execute at a fast pace; ability to communicate effectively; ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.Schedule:
