As the chief advisor and lead architect for all broadband platform and broader business initiatives requiring development, the MTS of Domain Architecture for Broadband Platforms will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing the design of the end-to-end architecture of our broadband platforms, and ensuring that the platform aligns with/supports business objectives. The MTS of Domain Architecture will also provide dotted-line leadership and guidance to all broadband/enterprise architects working on Broadband business initiatives.Job Responsibilities:Lead the development of comprehensive architectural strategies for broadband platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.Serve as the primary architectural advisor for all broadband platform-related projects and initiatives.Establish and maintain a robust framework for architectural governance, standards, and practices across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate broadband platform architecture with other enterprise systems and initiatives.Provide mentorship and guidance to all architects, with a dotted line reporting structure, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our broadband platforms remain competitive and ground breaking.Drive the adoption of best practices in architectural design, security, and scalability.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the performance and reliability of broadband platforms.Lead the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for broadband services.Oversee the development of technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications.Collaborate with the security team to ensure that broadband platforms adhere to the highest security standards.Act as a liaison between the technical team and senior management, providing regular updates on architectural progress and challenges.Facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development sessions for the architecture team.Participate in industry conferences and workshops to represent the company and gather insights on emerging trends.Drive the resolution of complex technical issues that may arise during the development and deployment phases.Ensure that all architectural designs are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with customer needs and expectations.Qualifications:Shown experience as a lead architect in the broadband or related technology sector.Strong understanding of broadband technologies, platforms, and industry standards.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to encourage and guide a team of architects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.Strategic problem solver with a track record of delivering innovative architectural solutions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Why Join Us:

Base Pay Range:
$141,300 - $254,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
