Director, Sales Development
to lead the development and refinement of Procore's inbound and outbound international prospecting strategy. In this role, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales leadership, Enablement, and Customer Experience to drive opportunities to increase revenue and exceed targets.This position reports to a VP, Sales Development, and will be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.What you'll do:
Establish a framework for pipeline management (expectations, processes, reporting/KPIs) to exceed sales targetsCreate and communicate weekly pipeline forecast to Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and leadershipParticipate in regional quarterly business reviews with cross-functional leadersPartner closely with Sales leadership to implement and lead programs to drive opportunities and revenueCollaborate with Marketing and channel partners to implement strategic initiatives, establish lead flow expectations, uncover prospecting opportunities, and develop campaigns to hit revenue targetsProvide your team with mentorship and learning and development opportunities including training, coaching, and role playing to support professional growthPromote an engaged, energetic, and inclusive environment that encourages high productivity while maintaining a positive work experienceOversee front line SDR managersWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience7+ years in software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)3+ years management experience in a business development environmentTrack record in hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development representativesProven experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social sellingExperience using and implementing a sales methodologyConsistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributorStrong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with leaders across functions.High level of initiative and commitment to developing consistently excellent customer experiencesSuperior time management and communication skillsDemonstrated experience with SalesforceCompensation and Benefits:
Base Pay Range $150,640 - $207,130 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $215,200 - $295,900. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
