We provide excellent ongoing training and growth opportunities for the right candidates.We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Property Manager to manage and grow our Community Assist division of “à la carte” and educational condominium services.The ideal candidate will already be familiar with standard community association operations and will have a desire to educate and support Boards in performing the operations of their communities while offering additional support and contracted services.Qualifications:Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skillsSuperb communication skills, both oral and writtenA thorough understanding of condominium management operations with an emphasis on contract and vendor managementAbility to think analytically; ability to read and interpret condominium documents, contracts, proposalsAbility to read and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger) with a critical eyeExcellent computer skills with Web-based applications and Microsoft OfficeAbility and desire to learnEducation and Training:Bachelor's Degree with industry designation (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, ARM, CPM) preferred, however, we will train the right person looking to grow in their career.A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on community management experience is required.Company Description:With more than 300 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for more than 7.5 million residents worldwide.
